Welcome! Let's start off with an initial assessment to understand your career in the past and present. We'll also ensure you're set up for success this week.
Week 2: Find Your Innate Strengths
Determine the strengths that you’re exceptionally good at. These include both strengths that are natural to you and skills you've developed in your career.
Week 3: Discover Your Passions
If you’re not sure about your passions, this week’s lesson and coaching exercises will help you identify them. You’ll know exactly how to answer the question “what are my passions?” after this week.
Week 4: Identify New Careers
Now that you know your strengths and passions, we’ll guide you to find potential careers that actually incorporate your strengths and passions! You’ll walk away feeling excited about your potential careers.
Week 5: Understand Your #1 Threat
At this point, you’ll be able to name a few careers that would be a great fit for you. But making a career change can be scary! We’ll show you exactly how to identify and stop your threats from getting in the way of your success.
Week 6-8: Confirm The Right Career For You
Learn exactly how to confirm the career path that fits you. We provide the tools for you to understand your needs - what you must have and want to have in the short and long term. We also show you how to learn more about different careers and how to choose a new path.
Week 9: Build Your Confidence
You know what career path is right for you, but you might still have qualms about making the career change. Don’t worry, the feeling is normal! This lesson prepares you by providing you with the tools to help you make the leap.
Week 10: Create Your Action Plan
Action is everything. We guide you to set up a step-by-step action plan so you have short and long term milestones to hit. After you’ve created your action plan, you’re ready to pursue your new and fulfilling career path!
