Teresa is the founder of PathUp® and is a Certified Professional Coach. She graduated from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and has a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Before founding PathUp®, Teresa built her career in the tech and entertainment sector at companies such as LinkedIn and Hulu. At LinkedIn, she served as a strategic partner to senior sales leadership and led global teams to drive key operational initiatives.

Outside of her day-to-day work, Teresa has served as a board member at a non-profit organization that provides education to students with emotional and developmental challenges. Teresa has also volunteered for 8+ years at various organizations that provide educational resources to disadvantaged youth.

Teresa has been a speaker at organizations such as Yelp and Boeing Employee Credit Union (BECU). She has also been featured in places such as the LA Times and the Alliance for Women in Media.
